I'm back now! But with full of pain. Sakit mautnyer. Hari hari lutot aku berdenyut. Aku nak cerita skit ape aku went thru.

On the 17th April 2008, aku berjalan jalan kat Vivo. Having my last day jalan jalan before my long medical leave.

On that day sampai 3 kali kape orang kat CGH call aku tanya whether aku confirm tidak besok nya aku going for operation.

Tiga tiga kali aku confirmed lah yang aku going for the operation. Aku makan macam tak dapat makan lagik gitu.

Pas tuh tengok wayang. Then aku stop taking food and drinks dari kul 9pm plus. Kebulur lah aku sampai besok nye nak operation.

On the 18th April 2008, aku kene datang kat Day Surgery nyer section at 10:30am. Aku register gitu gini pas tuh kene tunggu kat waiting bay.

Dari kul 10 lebih tuh lah aku tunggu sampai kul 1pm plus bila nurse nie call up nama aku just to surrender my personal belongings for them to keep.

And aku kene tukar dorang nye surgery nyer clothing which is i have to strip totally naked and use their disposable underwear.

Seriously you can mix up the underwear with the shower cap. Nasib baik aku tak seberapa bingai. Kalau aku salah pakai ada chance orang kat situ kekek kan aku.

Dah aku tukar what suppose to, aku kene duduk kat waiting bay with that clothing. Dahlah sejuk. Tunggu sampai tertido tido.

Around kul 2pm plus aku kene panggil lagik. Nie kali baru lah gi operating theatre. Lambat kape tunggu. Tapi aku was told before that dorang utamakan emergency cases dulu.

Aku masuk ajek area theatre tuh ingatkan aku leh baring atas katil. Instead nurse nie tolak katil and aku kene ikot dia jalan gi tempat waiting area just right beside the operating theatre.

Dah dekat situ baru aku naik katil tuh baring. Ape lah. Siang siang taknak suruh aku baring dulu. Sampai kan satu nurse nie tanya nurse tuh kenapa aku tak baring.

Dengan rilek dia jawap:

"The patient can walk."

Lantak kau lah. Yang penting aku dah kanchong skit tuh. Ape tak. Aku dah right beside the operating theatre.

Aku baring sambil terfikir apa agaknyer dia nak buat. Then come this nurse. Dia tanya nama aku and IC aku.

Then come another nurse asking the same question. Then another nurse again the same. Then a doctor pon datang tanya soalan sama. Boring kape kene tanya sama benda all the way.

But this doctor came with extra thing in his mind. He want to put drips. Jadi dia cucuk a very long syringe into my left wrist.

Sakit giler kape. Panjang jugak sak syringe tuh sampai aku cannot bend aku nyer wrist. Blocking my wrist movement.

Pas tuh dia letak drips then I was pushed into the operating theatre. Mampos. Jantung aku laju kape. But aku manage to rilex myself. Mana tau tak jadi operate kalau aku kanchong kanchong.

Dah tuh dorang letak oxygen thingy on my mouth and nose while this doctor inject some medicine into the drips.

Tau tau tangan aku panas, badan aku panas and the medicine slowly went up my head. Aku dah rasa nak tido. Mata aku paksa bukak pon tak boleh. Tau tau aku gone.

And that was about 2pm plus.

Bila aku sadar, aku tengah menggigil. Aku nyer gigi make the rattling sound. Aku dengar nama aku dipanggil. Nurse nie suruh aku tarik nafas dalam dalam.

Aku terfikir. Aku nie ada complication kape. Or they can't detect enough oxygen in my body.

Aku tarik nafas sedalam dalam. Nurse tuh tengok kan meter ajek. Dia suruh aku tarik nafas dalam dalam lagik. Mata aku antara nak bukak dan nak tutup.

Tau tau aku rasa lutot kanan aku berdenyut macam nak giler. The 1st question aku tanya nurse tuh:

"Dah pukul berapa?"

"Dah pukul 5 lebih dah."

It took 3 hours plus for the operation. And that 3 hours plus went just like a blink of an eye.

Tau tau dah sudah operate. Aku was pushed to an empty ward and mak and kakak aku datang.

Dorang belikan makan and aku makan macam tak pernah makan. Lapar sangat. Selepas aku dah stable aku pon balik.

Malamnya another thing that aku takleh tahan. Denyut dia makin rabak. AKu tak leh tido malam. Terbangun every hour.

Sampai kul 6pagi aku bangun makan obat. Pas tuh aku tido balik dari kul 8am sampai kul 1pm tengah hari.

Hopefully this denyut denyut hilang as soon as possible. Aku tengah tahan sakit nie!
