today is a great moment for my band. tadik siang gi Queenstown. kitorang gi WakeMeUp music studio untuk audition. 1st song kita bawak ialah Unholy Confessions dari Avenged Sevenfold. kita pon luper nak sound check kita dah sebat main lagu. kirakan 1st song was ok ok aje ah. the 2nd lak kita main Bleeds No More dari Silverstein. it was better. the last kita bawak lagu Deadbolt dari Thrice. it was superb.

aku jeling ke arah judge yang tengah tengok kita. one of them dah ikot angguk angguk kepala. yang lagik satu dah tunjuk jari 'best' kat another judge. total kita cuma bawak 3 lagu. tuh pon sebelom audition tuh kene bayar fee of $10 bucks.

dah sudah audition kita pon balik ke Bedok. lepak kat Yasalam. pas tuh aku balik jap den kelua balik ke Esplanade. kat Esplanade aku receive kol dari number aku tak kenal. aku angkat:

"Hello. Juraimi from Love Me Not?"

"Yes. Speaking."

"We're the organiser for the NUS. your band was chosen to play at our gig."

"What?!"

"Your band was chosen to play for the gig."

aku punya suka. Shahrul, DD ngan pengganti Siddiq, Luqman, dah terkinja kinja. dah suke benar. aku pon suke jugak tapi takdalah sampai jadi berok mak nyeh cam dorang. hahaha! kan dah kene!

tak cukup ngan satu, member sekolah aku message aku. dia kata June 15 nie kita free ke tidak. dorang ada slot gig kat Substation tapi kita kene jual 30 tikets. aku pon tak ngek tak ngok aku grab aje peluang emas nie.

altogether kitorang bakal performing 3 tempat. 1st kat Singapore Polytechnic for guest band at Talentime, 2nd kat NUS dan yang 3rd kat Substation. happening lah nie kirakan. ape tak nyer. susah nak dapat peluang macam gini. yang kat Temasek Secondary kita dah tak chosen.

anyway, baru dapat message dari member aku nie hah. yang kat Substation kiter pending pulak.
takpelah ngek. mana tahu there's a change of mind of the organisers kape.

jadik yang confirm kat SP ngan NUS ajek. kirakan 2 tempat pon jadik. kalau dapat yang kat Substation pon cantek jugak. tapi orang dah tanak amek kita, ape nak buatkan. kita terima aje sapa yang nak. Insya-Allah kita put on our best performance ever.
